Contemporary self-catering cottages closely sited, making them an ideal base for families and friends or larger groups, located on Atlantic Reach Resort near vibrant Newquay on the north coast of Cornwall. 


The Cottages are fully equipped with everything needed to enjoy a wonderful holiday in this part of the UK.


The Cottages are not affiliated to access the Resorts Leisure Centre facilities.


The resort is set in a quiet and pleasant countryside location with free car parking and easy access to the Cottages.


Please note: Free Wi-Fi is available in each Cottage and the Resort's Reception area.

Our Cottages are privately owned and ideal for families and friends at any time of the year.

Contemporary Self-Catering accommodation built around 2005 includes Economy 7 Night Storage Heating and Double Glazing.

The Cottage comprises of:

KITCHEN & LIVING SPACE

  • Open-plan fully equipped kitchen
  • Open-plan dining for 8 people
  • Open-plan lounge with sofas and entertaining equipment
  • Double Portable Air Bed for 2 guests (if over 8 booked- advised for young children only).

BEDROOMS

  • Bedroom 1: King Size with en-suite bathroom, built-in wardrobes, and Juliet Balcony, Smart TV
  • Bedroom 2: Double with built-in wardrobes
  • Bedroom 3: 2 singles with built-in wardrobes
  • Bedroom 4: Double on ground floor with built-in wardrobes

BATHROOMS

  • Bathroom 1: Toilet, Shower, Whirlpool bath on the first floor, shared between bedrooms 2 and 3
  • Bathroom 2: Toilet & Shower on the ground floor
  • En-suite bathroom: Toilet, Shower en-suite for bedroom 1

  • Set in a quiet and pleasant countryside location with plenty of convenient car parking with easy access to the cottages.
  • NOTES:
  • Groups of young people under 30 are not allowed by the resort.
  • Free Wi-Fi is available in the Resort's Reception area and in each Cottage though speed and reception quality may vary.
  • Towels are not included but can be added at an additional charge. Please advise well before arrival if you would require towels.

RENTAL NOTES

  • £20 additional guest fee above 8 guests. 10 Guests maximum allowed including children/babies.

Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 90 days before check-in subject to the property being re-booked.
  • No refund if you cancel less than 90 days before check-in.
  • Guests are strongly advised to take out independent Travel Insurance cover in event of cancellation

Damage and incidentals

  • You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property that is caused by you or your party during your stay.

All amenities as described. Lovely spacious house - all rooms a good size. No shortage of kitchen equipment. Lovely to have 3 bathrooms with great showers.

Beds and pillows very comfy.

Central to activities on site and only few miles to Newquay.

Owner very helpful.

No washing machine in house or on site.

The lodge is ideal for large parties, everything you need and expect is there. Very spacious for all to chill and relax in their own areas while the three bathrooms , ensuite ensure there is no panic to get showered. If every member has a morning shower remember to drop the daytime water heater. We booked this holiday very late, just 2 days prior to travel. We spoke to the owner who was extremely helpful and courteous and answered all the questions we had. We were a mixed group of 2 adults two 15 year olds and 3 children aged 7, 4 and 3 and the property was more than big enough for all of us with no issue regarding space or privacy. The accommodation was well equipped and well looked after and really offered a luxurious home from home. The facilities on site were very good, particularly the indoor pool and gym. We didn't utilise the childrens' club or entertainment so can't really comment. The indoor and outdoor play areas for the children were great and there was plenty of space for exploring and bike rides. We only used the sauna facilities at the spa but found them excellent and good value for money. We were lucky to have decent weather for our stay and so didn't use the facilities as much as we may have done if the weather wasn't so good. The local beaches we found (most of which were listed on the arrival information) were fantastic. This is a very nice property to stay for at least 8 adults. We had a very pleasant stay. Free access to Gym and Swimming pool is a plus. The property is well maintained with all required crockery. When we arrived the house owner had made sure to switch on the storage heater.
